What i like is the variety of amp models and the great sounds you can Have using them.. I plAy punk rock, hard rock and rockabilly and i use these sounds for my recordings (Guitar and bass).. An amazing product!

Sounds great but has not been updated in over 2 years except for bugs. They dont care about their customers or product anymore. Going to shop around for something different

Have had the "everything" for quite a while with a Line 6 mobile in. This is definitely the one to get if youre gonna shred. I have all the amp sims, and this one is the shreddingist of all.

Revised: Restore Purchases Working again! Some new pedals etc would be great but still a worthwhile app. Works fine on old iPad but cant restore purchase on new iPad.

No support just un kept promises of contact.l used this app with my apogee about a year then poof an update no more support. Previously I bought the Peavey interface to go with it that was supposed to charge my device as I play. So they finally come out with the adapters to charge my device boom another broken promise it wont work with the interface I have purchased. what a joke

Deceptive marketing. App boasts over 150 presets, almost none of which can be used without purchasing several in-app purchases. Upon loading app first time, user is presented with an offer of $9.99 for what is carefully worded as a "complete set" of amps and effects. This cost only purchased a miniscule amount of what would be required to play the presets and you dont discover this until after purchasing this "deal" which expires in 3 minutes. Asking for a refund.

I had this app for a mobile jamming when I couldnt take my amp and pedals, The feed back and static is very annoying and the tone is poor, I have switched to garage band for my needs, I recommend the same, it provides many more options and bigger recording space and much more

Every time I run this with inter app audio in Auria it crashes. I set the tone, get it right, record a take, then when I try a second take it crashes. If I use another app in another channel (like a drum track), it crashes. A MAJOR UPDATE is desperately needed, but I havent seen a one...is this ABANDONWARE? Save your money...what a shame...because the tones would be worth it if the app were only stable...

You cant add songs from your iPod anymore, & crashes often. Also, they dont answer their helpline emails anymore (such as a fix to above). Time to use something else....

I want to start by saying that i was double charged and gave the company ample time to refund the over charge. I was charged for two full versions. Im hoping this review might encourage them to resolve this. I used this product for a long time with mixed results. I purchased the full version all the pedals and presets. My brother plays guitar I play bass. This worked really well for the guitar with only a couple problems with feedback. My PROBLEMS are all on the Bass side. I have both active and passive basses I used. Bottom line is it just sounds bad. Theres a lot of noise poor signal to noise ratio. There are a few amps that I selected that screached horribly through my amp. You do have to calibrate this. If you dont you may double up on your effects and volumes. Even after calibration the bass tones lacked any presence or definition. Most of the amp choices left me needing to shift to my bridge pick ups in order to get any tone. Even still its just weak when it comes to modeling the bass amps. The pedals and the controls all work quite well and the detail is great. The dials respond nicely to your touch. The latency was not even an issue. Frankly, its great for the electric guitar. For me its now just taking up memory on my ipad. You never know maybe its just me not knowing what im doing. However, the customer service is non existant. I wanted to give them a chance to walk me through the process a little bit and maybe play it for them to hear. I would love to update this review if they would address these issues. Anyway, sorry for such a long worded review. So in summary Guitar. 4 star Bass. 1 star because sound Did come through After all Layout. 4.5 Selection of pedals 5 star Selection of mics 5 star Preset combos for those just want to plug in and go 5 star Customer support 0 star Price to value awesome for you guitarists

This app us ok however does not sound as good as some others out there like jamup pro and bias !

Ive owned tons of practice amps from little pocket rockets to pig noses to mini Marshalls and this app has blown everything else away. Not just in tone and versatility but also in convenience. Virtually unlimited ability in tone and in a device that I always have by my side. I can go from practicing along with my favorite songs to recording new licks anytime inspiration hits to plugging into a PA and playing live. Ampkit has been my most useful app to date and has been invaluable as a learning tool to increase my playing skills.

Its a great app for practicing. Has a bit of noise but not bad over all.

This is a terrific app if you want unbridled amps and pedal play. Its awesome. But I give it one star for taking my money to buy everything all at once and then almost daily advertising to me a great deal for 20% or more off the price I already paid. How about giving me the difference back? So if you buy do NOT pay full price.wait a little while and you can get everything for a fraction.
